Tortilla HQ is the first phase of the Tortilla Park development in the historic district of Hilliard, Ohio. It serves as the main office and commissary kitchen for a growing food truck and catering company. The design channels Tortilla’s bold brand identity into a more refined workplace environment— uniting office, production, and hospitality within a vibrant, material-driven interior. The muted yet dynamic palette creates a space that feels fun, edgy, and welcoming while preserving professionalism. Inspired by street art and urban design, the material palette of stained plywood, metal, and natural wood references the company’s roots in the food truck industry.
